RTK software by ESS provides organizations with an automated tool for meeting the "Community Right-to-Know" provisions established in the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). The module, which is fully integrated within Compliance Suite, gives users easy access to critical information about chemicals that are present at individual facilities. Compliance Suite's RTK module uses a pre-loaded database of more than 5,000 chemicals to detect EH&S chemicals. It will automatically create SARA Tier I, SARA Tier II and Toxic Release Inventory reports that are ready for submission.
